Begode Return Policy:

1. Orders for undelivered goods:
The refund will deduct a 4% bank system handling fee. Usually completed within 3 days after you request a refund.

2.On the day you receive the goods:
Please immediately check the condition of the goods, such as the integrity of the outer box. If the outer box is severely damaged and deformed due to compression, you can choose to refuse to sign for it. If the product you receive does not match what you ordered, or there are quality issues, you need to raise them with our online customer service on the day of receipt, or send an email to bgd013@begode.com Confirm.

To meet the return criteria, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You need to provide proof that the product has not been used, such as kilometer readings on the wheel display screen and necessary product appearance/packaging pictures and videos.

To initiate a return, you can consult with our online customer service or send an email to: bgd013@begode.com. Please obtain our confirmation before returning the item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please check your item upon receiving the order. If there are any defects, damages, or errors in the product you received, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make corrections.

Exceptional/non refundable items

1) The product has already been used.
2) The product packaging is missing and there are no quality issues with the product.
3) If there is no confirmation after 3 days of signing.
If there are after-sales problems after use, Begode will provide free accessories for you to replace (excluding labor costs), and does not accept return requests.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Refund

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 working days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail refunds.

Shock absorber, lamp parts: 6 months

Seat cushion, tire, power pad: 3 months
